The Powerline BSG10X home gym was designed to provide challenging, muscle-building workouts in a limited amount of space. For maximum convenience right out of the box, the gym ships 90% assembled and is ready to use after installing nine simple bolts--for most users, the process takes as little as 30 minutes. Plus, a compact frame that's less than four feet wide and 6.5 feet tall allows you to use the gym almost anywhere.

But assembly and space-saving convenience aren't all the unit has to offer. Although compact, it's a sturdy, full-body-challenging workout station. A stable platform and multiple seat adjustments accommodate fitness enthusiasts of all shapes and sizes, while the 160-pound adjustable weight stack; high, mid, and low pulleys; eight-position, adjustable press arm; and leg developer station all add up to more than 40 exercises.

• The Portable Cam Buckle Rope Suspension Training System is made in the USA. The system comes with two adjustable cam buckles to easily adjust the height of the workout, one lark's knot loop door anchor and one anywhere cam buckle strap. You also receive a 8 by 12 inch drawstring bag to store your workout system after your workout.
• You can anchor the system by using the 3/16" Lark's Knot Rope Door Anchor or use the 8 ft. Anywhere Cam Buckle Strap attaches to any vertical or horizontal fixtures such as a tree trunk or tree branch.
• Each handle is made with 3/8" rope, 1-1/2" foot strap and a 1-1/4" foam handle and is attached to the end of the1" webbing by a cam buckle.. The webbing is made out of polyester and has a breaking weight of 3,000 pounds. The system has a maximum work load of 333 pounds
• We make the system and you design the workout. If you want to complete your Rope Suspension Trainer you would need to purchase one of the many training programs that are currently offered on Amazon. Else you can go to one of the many web sites out there that give free instructions on how to perform the different types of suspension exercises.
• Build body strengthening with your own weight. Very portable and easy to use and very adjustable. Perfect for beginners to expert.

The door anchor rope is made with 3/16" SPECTRA® 12 Strand with a breaking weight of 3,600 pounds. It is high strength synthetic rope with excellent abrasion resistance in a single braid construction. It comes standard with a polyurethane finish. It also has a low stretch, low creep, soft handle, is torque-free and it floats.
